2023 Roadmap Update

Since the beginning of the year, the cryptocurrency landscape has made up some of the ground lost in 2022, and despite an uncertain economic climate, innovative projects persist in distinguishing themselves from those offering limited value.

In that time, LandX has achieved numerous milestones outlined in our initial roadmap. Among these accomplishments are the successful ambassadorship program, the rapid sell-out of our Goerli testnet tokens, the completion of the Rinkeby testnet, the Quantstamp smart contract audit publication, and an array of community contests with outstanding participation.

Our community has been incredibly engaged and supportive throughout this journey, providing unwavering motivation for us to work even harder toward our upcoming mainnet launch.

But rather than continue celebrating our achievements, we are determined to use this momentum to accelerate our progress even more.

Moving forward, we remain guided by three core objectives:

• Bringing tokenized farmland commodities exposure to all crypto-native investors.
• Providing a secure, stable, and intuitive platform to access all services and products.
• Positively impacting every farm we work with to encourage regenerative practices.

Our immediate focus is on the successful launch of the platform. The Goerli testnet has been live for over six months, providing invaluable feedback from surges in activity during our trading competition in December. We are also continuing the process of onboarding validators — a lifelong objective commensurate with the natural expansion of LandX. Becoming a validator is a rigorous and thorough process, requiring the time and effort necessary to meet legal and regulatory compliance measures.

Additionally, our private fundraising round is nearing completion. Following its conclusion, we will initiate a marketing campaign ahead of the token generation event (TGE) to reach mainstream audiences. This will be the last milestone before the launch of LandX’s mainnet platform that will bring live access to all users. The mainnet launch itself will come after, and will be a crowning achievement when it is realized.

With the mainnet up and running, our focus will then shift to integrating with more networks, launching the xBasket index, enhancing security and transparency measures, and expanding our product offerings to include xUSD and xNFTs.

Finally, in keeping with our community-oriented culture, we look forward to the participation of $LNDX holders in the governance of the protocol which will ultimately see the LandX DAO responsible for much of the future trajectory of the project.

This is an exhilarating time for LandX farmers, both in fields all over the world and in the crypto space. We are immensely grateful for the continued support from our dedicated community, and will always be perpetually indebted to each and every one of you!
